"In my search for educational and behind-the-scenes locations in the Chicago area to bring my class from National-Louis University, I learned about the Warbird Heritage Foundation. In response to my inquiry, Herwig arranged a preview for six of us. WOW! Even with no great enthusiasm for war planes, I was more than interested. And we had to practically drag out the three men who were with us! One plans to return for a flight! We will be scheduling our class visit for this summer. The planes are extraordinarily beuatiful and in perfect condition. Thanks Herwig."

"I'm a retired Naval Aviator. I have flown the T28 as an instructor and four models of the A4 (TA4J,A4E,A4F and A4M)as a post maintenance test pilot at the rework facility in Pensacola. It is good to see these great aircraft being taken good care of. Just seeing the pictures brings back some great memories. Ted Wengierski CDR USN (Ret)"
