"Flew in to UGN to see this wonderful warbird collection on 11/19/2015 after arranging a tour with Herwig Schmidts. We had a very educational, informative and extensive tour of the aircraft in the main and maintenance hangars. Herwig was a great host and covered the aircraft and all questions thoroughly. We especially enjoyed the opportunity to inspect the cockpits of several aircraft and the use of the lounge to eat our sack lunches. I highly recommend taking the time to discover and enjoy this great collection of airworthy warbirds by some very interesting pilots."
