"I am trying to get a number of vet's to visit your foundation hangar, and it looks like the best date for all of us to come is 06/22/2011. there may be as many as 10 or 12, I don't have a final count. Can we do this on that date, and is there a suitable place to have a luncheon for the ole' guys. please let me know. we all have buisy schedules, as I am shure you do also. Thanks, Lester."

"Paul/Herwig, I just want to thank you for the opportunity of taking a look at your collection over the Easter break. I had a great time looking over the aircraft, asking many questions and taking many detail photographs. I now have the perfect information for completing my 1/6 scale Skyraider/Spad and have probably gained a few new projects ! Thanks, Dale"

I have followed Warbirds since the 60's. My Brother-in-Law restores Warbirds. The one that I remember him working on the most was Miss Coronado a P-51.

"Wow! what a great little museum! My wife and I plus her best friend and husband visited on the 3rd of this month and Paul Wood was so kind to open up the museum and the maintenance shop! Paul took the time to tell about all the aircraft in the hanger and field our questions, thanks for the visit Paul!! Hope to make it back again sometime. Steve & Janice Dickey"

"Hello, A friend of mine and I were treated to a unique experience on a grey Sunday afternoon... We had the pleasure of viewing a number of nicely restored and clean "warbirds." A few of them brought back memories for both of us; and one of them begged me to climb on board and fly her. We had a guided tour from the organization's Chief Pilot, Herwig, that was not only highly informative but also very cordial. Met a couple of the mechs and enjoyed chatting with them about a few of the birds. They're good folks who also love airplanes. What a fine experience... to be with others who love airplanes. Thanks to Paul Wood and his crew for making it possible for people to see these wonderful flying artifacts up close and "personal;" AND to see them fly. I'll be back. Best regards and thanks, Frank G."
