"Thanks for offering benefit flights in the L-39 for the Seton School charity. It was a huge success! The benefit helped raise $64,000 for a capital campaign and for an endowment. The recipients commented that the formation and tactical pursuit flights were an experience of a lifetime. Thanks for your great work at WHF to help so many worthwhile charities while exposing so many to military aviation aircraft. I am disappointed that you had to demonstrate how to kill your lead during extended trail! Way to go WHF!"

Glad to see Paul Wood has been up to something as his head is always in the clouds. This is a well kept secret; for many of us in our backyard. I will make a note get out for the Waukegan airshow as I have never been close up to military fighting aircraft. It is great to see people pursuing a passion.

"Mr. Wood and Herwig, ::::Thanks so much for having us over on Friday. It was an absolute thrill and I know we'll all be talking about it for a long while. This website is incredible, but being there really takes it to another level. Thanks again and we'll be watching for ya above. ::::RB"

"A "heartfelt" thank you from the Iven C. Kincheloe, Jr., Memorial Park Upgrade Committee for sharing your effort, time, and flying expertise with us. Your F-86 flyover, and this site, will be acknowledged in the ceremony program and announced on site during our program. Your participation has enriched our program significantly and is greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work, and showing the kids there are some REAL alternatives to choose from in life! Website is excellent!"

"Hi, Just got around to looking at your web site and it is outstanding. Hopefully one of these days I'll get up that way and see all the aircraft. The pictures look great. The T-2B I've been working on, believe it or not should be flyable very soon. Thanks for your help."

"As a born and raised Lake Forest resident, LFHS class of 1955, I'm sure glad to see LF back in the WARBIRD business. For a long time, John Ortseifen was the only LF warbird guy. Then there was Eddie Wachs in Lake Bluff.::Where are these birds kept?::Google :: Dick Phillips-Warbird Images::for some of my stuff."
